Website Logo Placement: The vertical placement of sponsor logos will be determined by Partnership/sponsorship level.
Registration Materials: Only The Event 2024 selected partners/sponsors will be able to distribute promotional materials at the conference. Shipping instructions for registration materials will be provided to all sponsors before 5 days of the event. All registration materials MUST be received by the deadline to ensure inclusion in the bags.
Business Box: Space selection and placement will be determined first by partnership/sponsorship level, then according to sponsorship commitment date. The Boxes will be given, design and prepared by according to organizer only
Standees will be placed according to the level of partners/sponsors and provided to organizer by partners/sponsors only
Standard Business Box: 1 Table, 4 Chairs, Lights, Power Outlets, Company Fascia name (design will be circulated to partners/Sponsors for banners/specifications etc. Further vendor management will be as per the policy of The India Event 2023; specifically there will be one vendor which could be used by partners/sponsors if required at additional cost )
Additional 18 % GST is applicable on Partnership/Sponsorship Amount
Any Partnership/Sponsorship fees paid is nonrefundable as per THE INDIA @2047 Policy
